There is a fee associated with the use of Events Production services. This fee is comprised both of an equipment rental and a labor charge. By submitting this form you understand that your organization will be billed for the services rendered. Submission of this request for service form is not a confirmation of services.

Events Production requires a ten business day notification prior to your event. Without this notice, Events Production may not be able to support your event or additional charges may apply.

Events Production cannot schedule services until the venue is properly scheduled by the scheduling office. For spaces in the Johnson Center and Student Unions contact Events Management for scheduling of rooms (703.993.2853).
