Booking Events Production for your event is easy! Following these three basic steps will ensure that we can provide you with the best experience possible.

1. Reserve Your Event Space

Before you can book EP services, you must first book the venue where you will be hosting the event. All events must first be scheduled in the university scheduling system 25Live, and with the Office of Events Management. After booking the venue, Events Production then can add their staff and resources per request to your event.

2. Review Event Policies and Guidelines

Events at George Mason are subject to several policies and guidelines which are in place to ensure safe and comfortable sharing of venues on a thriving academic campus. These policies include noise ordinances, space restrictions, and hosting procedures. Please take a few moments to click here and review these policies and guidelines.

3. Book EP for Your Event

Booking with EP is a quick and simple process. You can start the process by viewing the events setups page to get a basic idea of what your anticipated A/V needs will be. Once you've done this, you can fill out our booking form, and one of our staff will be in touch with you within three days to discuss any unanswered questions and to create a quote for services. After you've received the confirmed estimate, you're all set!
