The Assistant Director for Events Production who is responsible for the supervision, direction and management of the overall operation. Ken became the Events Production Manager in Summer of 2004 and then was promoted to Assistant Director in Fall 2007.
Ken has a degree in Decision Science and Management Information Systems. He has a passion for the event business and enjoys educating students in all aspects relating to supporting events.
Kevin Dunayer

Kevin Dunayer is the Events Production and Operations Manager and is based on the Prince William Campus. His responsibilities include: supervision, consultation and management. In addition, Kevin supervises event support for Bull Run, Discovery and Occoquan Halls (Including Verizon Auditorium) Hylton Performing Arts Center, The Biomedical Research Lab and the Freedom Center.
Kevin also teaches Sound Engineering and Design for the Department of Theater. He holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and a MFA from California Institute of the Arts.
Douglas Hallock

The Audio/Visual Engineer of Student Centers, working hand and hand with the department of Events Production to help make our services work. He joined George Mason in 2003 and was hired as an Event Technician while he worked towards a Bachelor or Arts degree in Sociology.
He graduated in May 2008, and worked freelance sound and video before being rehired into the Student Centers Staff.
Keith B. Ellis

Entered George Mason as a student in Fall 1987. In the Fall of 1989, he started working for Student Centers as a student employee. He was one of the original Event Technicians and Building Managers for Student Centers, as well as an original Peer Advisor for the Freshman Center.
He joined George Mason full-time in 1993, overseeing the Events Production Office and adviser to Program Board. His current position as Associate Director of Operations and Event Services has him overseeing the umbrella encompassing the Student Centers Operations Staff, Events Production Office, Venue Assistant Program, Building Managers, and Event Rentals. This umbrella consisting of approximately twenty-five full-time staff, and forty-five student wage staff helps coordinate and provide services for events throughout the University.
Keith earned both a BA in Mathematics and a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from George Mason University. He enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering at his local church.
Event Technicians
The Event Technicians (ET) are members of Student Centers' Student Employment Program and serve as on-site public liaisons at university functions. The Event Technicians prepare and operate all Events Production equipment needed and reserved by the sponsoring organization for their event. They also participate and assist in training other staff. The Event Technicians report directly to the Events Production Manager.
Venue Assistants
The Venue Assistant (VA) is responsible for providing on-site assistance for events in the Student Center facilities. They provide low level computer and technical support, and assist with venue needs. The Venue Assistants position reports directly to the Assistant Director for Events Production, who provides onsite event oversight in the Student Centers.
